Pension crooks cost Nevada taxpayers $23 million a year

Nevada governments are using the underfunded state pension system to boost the income of public employees.

Basically, they’re stealing from you.

The practice is based on decades-old or misused exemptions to the law. Taxpayers in Nevada are on the hook for at least $23 million a year as a result, according to a Las Vegas Review-Journal investigation.
